What kind of drinks does The Evening Citizen serve?
Craft cocktails, built with modern techniques and bad habits.
By Bart N. Derr
Palm Springs, CA — Craft cocktails, built with modern techniques and a few old-fashioned bad habits. our menu runs from stirred, spirit-forward drinks like our signature Evening Citizen, made with bourbon and caramelized orange, to sours, tropical drinks, and some spicy numbers like Bury the Lede. Although we are a cocktail bar, we also pour select beers, and wine and bubbles by the half bottle.
Keen-eyed readers can find all of our drinks hidden on the front page, or read all about them in person. We recommend starting with the Foreign Desk.
